The borough moves like a city, not a suburb
Bristol Borough is old, dense and built to a street plan that predates the country. Much of the housing near the river is attached — rowhomes and twins with a stoop, a straight interior stair and doorways built well before modern furniture. Parking is on the street and frontages are narrow.
Everything that makes Philadelphia rowhome moves slow applies here: the truck position matters, the stair walls need protecting, and a sectional sofa is a genuine question rather than a formality. We plan the carry before the day.
Radcliffe Street and the riverfront
The streets running down to the Delaware are the oldest part of the borough, and some of the finest houses in it are on Radcliffe Street. They are also among the hardest to move: period interiors, original staircases and trim that cannot be replaced with anything from a hardware store.

Bristol Township is a separate, much larger place
Bristol Township surrounds the borough and is far bigger, mostly post-war and suburban, and it includes a substantial part of the Levittown postal area. Access there is ordinary: driveways, wider streets, no parking restrictions worth mentioning.
This is the single most useful thing to establish when you call. A Bristol Borough address and a Bristol Township address are different quotes, and the mailing address alone does not always tell us which one you have.

Can you get a sectional sofa out of a Bristol rowhome?
Usually, and sometimes only in pieces. Borough rowhomes have straight, narrow stairs and doorways sized for the furniture of their period.
